What is Group Communications as a Service

KNOWLEDGE HUB

Group communications as a service (GCaaS) is a cloud-based solution that provides a platform for collaboration among groups of people.

GCaaS includes push-to-talk but also other features such as audio and video conferencing, instant messaging, lone worker protection, file sharing, and other collaboration tools.

The "as a service" model means that these services are hosted in the cloud and delivered to users on a subscription basis, eliminating the need for expensive infrastructure.
